EDATHALA POLYMERS PVT LTD, part of the diverse Mezhukkattil business group having a great heritage of business ethics and social commitment , was incorporated in 1993, when the TSR processing industry was only beginning to establish its presence in the Indian Natural Rubber Sector. With technical assistance form the RUBBER BOARD OF INDIA, the factory started production with an initial capacity of 3600 MT per annum.
The company's success was fuelled by a market for TSR that grew rapidly from the early 2000.
We manufacture Technically Specified Natural Rubber (TSR), from Off grade Sheet and Field Coagulum (Cup Lumps and Tree Lace) through the Wet & Dry process. Our product range includes ISNR 5 (from latex coagulum) SNR 10 (from Fresh Cuplumps and Unsmoked Sheets-USS) & ISNR 20 (Cuplumps & Field Coagulum)
Today the factory has an installed plant capacity of 9000 MT per year of TSR (ISNR). The company has state-of-the-art plant with the latest TSR processing machinery supplied by the best suppliers in India. We also use imported machineries best suited for improving process quality. The factory is fully mechanized with automated material handling equipment. Some of the machines include Slab Cutter, Twin-Screw Pre-Breakers, Hammer Mills, 18" Dual Drive Creepers, Shredders, Crumb Filling Station, Twin Chamber Hydraulic Press, Metal Detector, Automated PLC controlled Packaging Line etc.
